The Author

As a registered nurse, certified yoga instructor, and licensed massage therapist, Ellyn Stanek Hutton has been interacting with pregnant women for over a decade. Her offerings in adult yoga are enhanced by her specialty in Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Moms and Babies. She is also an Infant Massage instructor.

Ellyn is excited to share the stories included in "The Colors of Birth." “I have been the recipient of these tales for over a decade through my work,” Hutton says. “I have been greatly touched by these heartwarming, sometimes turbulent stories and knew they were important to put into writing. These stories offer women a vehicle not only to share their stories and memorialize them, but also to bask in the joy of the miracle of birth.
